Abstract
This is the first birth in Brazil of twin pregnancy in didelphys uterus (one fetus in each half). The diagnosis from this uterine anomaly was performed during the investigation of primary sterility. The gynecological exam as well as complementary exams was performed (transabdominal and vaginal ultrasound and histerosalpingogram). The pregnancies evolution was described from the prenatal care to the delivery and puerperium.
