Abstract

PCOS (Polycystic ovary syndrome) is a very common disorder affecting women in reproductive age, but a new group of substances so-called ‘Incretins’ (GLP – GLP1RAs) are available for treatment and to create new perspectives to reduce obesity, hyperandrogenism, insulin resistance in those patients. Satisfactory and new results were obtained, including benefits and metabolic features to PCOS patients with different GLP1-RA substances. This paper intends to make a review about those perspectives.
