Welcome, Benvindos, Bienvenidos!

Dear colleagues:

We are in Panama City, to the 11th General Congress of the Latin American Network of Assisted Reproduction (REDLARA).
The program was developed with great care, with special guests who will introduce us current information that will help us in our daily work and improvement of our activities.
The REDLARA strives for excellence, this is our main agenda. Excellence in research, innovation in daily practice, in publications resulting from them. But do not forget the important position that each of us as experts and as centers assume within our countries, in Latin America. Do not forget our patients and the difficulties that the majority has to have this right to opt for a cutting edge and effective treatment.
In this Congress the General Assembly will elect new members to the Board. Thus, democratically we will decide our future. Thanks to our colleagues who  retire. They brought a cheerful, but firm and active time to our decisions.
On behalf of the Current Board of Directors I wish you all a great Congress. We hope everyone enjoys days of intense scientific interaction beyond ever closer our ties of friendship and cooperation.
Thanks to all our partners who contributed to the success of the event. Thanks to those who are here.

A warm Latin American hugs to everyone.

Maria do Carmo Borges de Souza
REDLARA President
