Uterine section of rats treated with 10 mg/kg/body weight of dexamethasone stain with H/E X100 and X400 shows thickened luminal and glandular epithelium with increased number of enlarged cells, attenuated, low columnar luminal and glandular epithelium and sparse endometrial glands, atrophic myometrium, hyperplasia, hypertrophy of luminal and glandular epithelium with cystic endometrial glands.
