Rats received saline or plant extract through oral gavage daily for 28 days. Cyclophosphamide was given through the intraperitoneal route once a week for four weeks. The following day, the animals were slaughtered, and the parameters were assessed. The data are represented as mean ± SD or median (IQR), n=6. ap< 0.05, bp<0.01, cp<0.001, compared with the control group. dp<0.05 compared with the cyclophosphamide group. The parametric test used was one way ANOVA with Tukey Krammer post hoc test and the Non-parametric test used was the Kruskal Wallis with Dunn’s multiple comparison post hoc test, based on the normality testing.
