Generalized linear models (Poisson distribution with Bca bootstrap, 1,000 replications) were used to estimate the frequency of minor (CL, left panel) and major (MCL, right panel) collapse events in blastocysts, based on the distribution of inner cell mass (ICM) and trophectoderm (TE) fragmentation. Embryos were classified into three categories: NN (no fragmentation), FN (fragmentation restricted to the ICM), and FF (fragmentation in both ICM and TE).
