Values are presented as adjusted effect estimates comparing the modified double trigger versus r-hCG alone. Oocyte maturation rate (MII/total oocytes) was analyzed using binomial logistic regression and is reported as adjusted odds ratios (aOR). Count outcomes (number of MII oocytes and day-5 embryos) were analyzed using negative binomial regression and are reported as adjusted incidence rate ratios (aIRR). All models were adjusted for age, antral follicle count, body mass index, pituitary suppression protocol (antagonist vs PPPS), total gonadotropin dose, and gonadotropin combination (FSHr + hMG vs. FSHr or hMG). Subgroup analyses were exploratory.
*Estimates for day-5 embryos in women aged ≥41 years are imprecise due to sparse data and a high proportion of zero counts and should be interpreted with caution.
