Abstract
Low implantation rates of patients involved in human assisted reproduction, found in world wide literature, leads us to a need of more advanced techniques as metabolomics, in order to select a better embryo, added to an ideal endometrial preparation leading to a successful implantation. Due to inability of adequate individually embryo evaluation, as well as the high multiple pregnancy rates lead us to a need, a study of a fast and non-invasive determination of the reproductive potential of the embryo before its transference. Metabolomics analysis could be determined through the metabolic fingerprints, distinguish specific biomarkers from culture media contents of some metabolites derived from the biological function expressed by proteins, from a possible viable embryo. It has great interest in introduction of specific strategies of analysis in the spectroscopy, therefore its characteristics of fast and exactness of practical clinical application.
