Abstract
Vitrification method has been used for human embryos and oocytes cryopreservation with successful rates. Although it looks simple, this method requires some skills to be done. Therefore, the aim of this study is to propose some training with cattle oocites to show how is possible to assess the results of cryopreservation after oocites thawing.
