Abstract
The new reproductive technologies have produced a increasing context of dissociated paternities and maternities. The biological and social dimensions of the filiation are questioned and the donors of gametes excite demands of anonymity and secret. Must parents disclose the secret of these conceptions to their children? What case must prevail: the right of the child to know its origin or the right of the parents to protect their private lives? The present article has as objective to analyze the secret and the anonymity in the filiation produced for the new technologies of conception by means of a comparative approach between France and Brazil. The secret in addition with the maintenance of the anonymity could be an ethical exit face to the dilemma of the new familiar configurations.
