Abstract
Case report. A couple was submitted to an IVF/ICSI cycle that resulted in a normal female baby. After 3 years they decided to donate their 3 surplus embryos and a woman who had been waiting for 1 year and 4 months received them. She has now an ongoing single pregnancy. It is discussed the necessity of a more careful and open debate towards embryo donation for couples who resumed their treatment and do not want to try more babies.
