Abstract
The human reproduction needs to spermatozoa and metaphase II oocyte fu sion, during fertilization. During this, molecular, genetic, enzymatic and mechanical complex processes must be occur, leading embryonic and after, fetal development allowing health baby home. This first part of review focussed initials steps in in vivo fertilization process, beginning with capacitation until plasma membrane fusion.
