Analisis about fertilization failure in assisted reprodution

Abstract

Fertilization failure in assisted reprodution consists of the total of absence of fertilization of the in vitro inseminated oocytes, event which has high incidence in the specialized centers. This incidence can be up to 20-24% according to some authors. For the good understanding and etiologic diagnosis of this event, we should have knowledge of causes and how diagnosis it. This review intends to make an aproach of these causes and suggests managements for the treatment.
