Abstract
Women's behaviour has been changing through the years and as a consequence they have been postponing their pregnancies. Aging is always a challenge to reproduction. As women get older, the number of oocytes decrease and also its quality. T he endocrinological interactions change and complications as abortions increase. The number of women around 35-37 years old that requires Assisted Reproduction to get pregnant has been rising. As a result, the Oocyte Donation Program has been established ali over the world to heighten these women's chances. Nevertheless, women should still be aware of the importance of pregnancy planning and also the correlation between age and success rate.
